Are your products for human consumption?
No. All products supplied by Pronoia Bio Ltd are strictly for laboratory research use only.
They are not for human or veterinary use, not for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures, and must not be administered to living organisms.
Do your products come with Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes. Every peptide batch is supplied with a full COA, including:
- Purity level
- HPLC chromatogram
- Mass spectrometry analysis
- Batch number
- Storage recommendations
COAs are displayed openly on each product page for full transparency.
What purity levels do you offer?
Most peptides meet or exceed ≥98% research-grade purity.
Specific purity values are listed on each product page, along with the analytical method used.
Are your peptides manufactured in sterile conditions?
Yes. All products are manufactured in controlled laboratory environments and undergo analytical QC.
(They are not sterile injectable medicines and must not be used as such.)
Do I need to create an account to order?
Yes. Creating an account ensures:
- Secure record keeping
- COA access
- Re-ordering and bulk pricing options
- Compliance with research-only declarations
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Major debit/credit cards
- Business bank transfers
- PayPal (optional)
(We cannot accept crypto or payment methods that bypass KYC requirements.)
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

How fast do you dispatch orders?
Orders placed before 4pm (UK time) are dispatched the same working day.
Which shipping service do you use?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or an equivalent fully-tracked courier.
Tracking details are emailed once your parcel is processed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — however, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the products comply with their local regulations.
How are temperature-sensitive items shipped?
Temperature-sensitive materials are packaged using insulated protective mailers and cold packs where required to ensure stability in transit.
Why do I need to agree to a Research-Only Declaration?
This is a legal requirement to confirm that:
- Products will be used for in-vitro research
- Products will not be used on humans or animals
- You understand that they are not medicines or supplements
This protects both your organisation and ours.
Can you provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS)?
Yes. SDS files are available for all products and can be downloaded from each product page or requested from our support team.
Are your products regulated?
Our products are classified as laboratory reagents, not medicinal products.
We comply with UK regulations including:
- UK REACH requirements
- Correct chemical classification & labelling
- AML & KYC standards for restricted substances
- Proper record-keeping and batch-tracking
How should peptides be stored?
Most peptides should be stored:
- At -20°C for long-term stability
- Away from light and moisture
- Reconstituted only immediately before use
Always check the product-specific storage guidance.
How long do peptides last?
Unopened and stored properly, peptides are typically stable for 12–24 months.
Once reconstituted, follow laboratory best practices.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product, and we will arrange a replacement.
Can I return products?
Due to the nature of research chemicals, returns are only possible if:
- The item is unused,
- Sealed,
- And reported within 14 days.
Damaged or incorrect items are replaced immediately.
