Pronoia Bio Ltd currently accepts orders only for delivery addresses supported by the website checkout. The store is configured for United Kingdom sales and shipping. International delivery is not currently offered.
Delivery services and charges
The delivery methods, charges and estimated timeframes available for an order are displayed at checkout. Availability depends on the delivery address, parcel and services currently configured. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date unless the selected service expressly states otherwise.
Order processing and dispatch
Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment has cleared and the items are confirmed as available. We do not promise same-day dispatch unless that commitment is expressly shown for the relevant order and has been confirmed. Orders placed outside published support hours, at weekends or on public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Where the selected delivery service includes tracking, tracking information will be supplied after dispatch.
Address accuracy and delivery
Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address and for selecting an address suitable for the service shown at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. An address cannot always be changed after dispatch.
Packaging and storage
Orders are packaged to protect their contents during normal carriage. Any verified product-specific storage or handling information supplied with an item should be followed promptly after delivery.
Delays, loss or damage
Carrier disruption, severe weather, incorrect address information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may delay delivery. If a parcel is delayed, lost, damaged or incomplete, contact martin@pronoia.bio with the order number and, where relevant, photographs of the parcel and contents. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law and our Returns Policy.
Nothing in this policy limits a customer’s statutory rights.
