Our documentation standard
Pronoia Bio Ltd maintains product, supplier and batch records for the research materials it supplies. Supporting documents may include supplier specifications, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) and reports issued by external laboratories. Document availability varies by product and batch.
A document will be described as batch-specific only after its product name, strength and batch or lot reference have been matched to the relevant Pronoia SKU, label and physical stock. We do not describe every batch as independently tested. Where a document identifies the testing laboratory, report or task ID, method, result and tested lot, those details can be presented with the relevant product.
Current verification programme
Our current documentation work includes:
- reconciling Pronoia SKUs, labels and physical batch or lot numbers;
- locating original COA and SDS files and their source communications;
- checking that product strength and composition match the relevant document;
- requesting clarification or corrected documents where information is inconsistent;
- recording the stated test method, result, laboratory and report ID where available; and
- considering independent confirmatory testing where supplier evidence is insufficient.
