These Terms & Conditions govern use of this website and orders placed with Pronoia Bio Ltd (“Pronoia Bio”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Research-use restriction
Research products are supplied for legitimate laboratory research, analytical work and in-vitro applications only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of disease. We do not provide dosing, administration or therapeutic guidance.
Purchasers are responsible for appropriate risk assessment, facilities, training, protective equipment, storage, handling, record-keeping, disposal and compliance with the rules applicable to them.
3. Product information
We take reasonable care to present accurate product names, strengths, forms, prices and availability. Images may be illustrative and packaging may change. Batch documentation is described as available or batch-specific only where it has been reviewed and matched to the relevant product and lot.
We may correct an obvious error before accepting or fulfilling an order. If a correction materially affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate choice, including cancellation and refund where required.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include or exclude VAT only as stated on the website. Delivery charges are shown before the order is submitted. The accepted payment methods are the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must clear before dispatch.
5. Orders and availability
An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order because an item is unavailable, payment has not cleared, information is incomplete, the order presents a legal or safety concern, or we reasonably suspect prohibited use. If we cancel after receiving cleared funds, the affected amount will be refunded.
6. Delivery
The store is currently configured for sales and delivery to United Kingdom addresses supported at checkout. Available services, charges and estimates are displayed at checkout. 7. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
Consumer cancellation rights and remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are explained in our Refunds & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
8. Website and intellectual property
Website content may be used for personal or internal business reference relating to a purchase. Pronoia Bio branding, original graphics and original copy may not be reproduced commercially without permission. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access or use it for unlawful activity.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights and remedies relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unauthorised application, storage contrary to verified instructions, or use outside legitimate research purposes where we are not at fault.
For business purchases, and only to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
10. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms prospectively. The version applying to an order is the version made available when that order was placed, unless a change is required by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not remove mandatory protections or court rights available to a consumer under applicable law.
