UK Shipping

Speed, reliability, and traceability.

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 4 PM (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.
  • Standard Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24): 1–2 working days.
  • Express Shipping (Royal Mail Special Delivery): Guaranteed next working day before 1pm.
  • Tracking: Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once your order has been dispatched.
  • Age/Use Verification: Orders may be held if additional research-use verification is required.

International Delivery

Safe, compliant global shipping.
We ship internationally to labs, institutions, and approved research partners.
International delivery times vary by country, but typically fall within 4–10 working days depending on customs processing.

Important Notes:

  • Customs clearance is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Some regions may require additional documentation (COAs, SDS documents — we provide these upon request).
  • We do not ship to countries that restrict import of specific research peptides.

Delivery Delays

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receipt/non-receipt
  2. Include your order number and photos (if applicable)
  3. We will investigate with the carrier
  4. If confirmed, we will replace or refund the order immediately
